Can't seem to get this to work, any suggestions?

Getting a Value error

trial.py
def add(num1, num2):

  return float(num1 + num2)
num1 = 4
num2 = 6

Hi Cameron Andersen,

the float() function takes only one argument so you have to split in two separate statement like this:

def add(num1, num2):
    return float(num1) + float(num2)
