center the wrapper

i'm on challenge task 2 of 3 in center the wrapper.

the question is

Select the ID wrapper, set it to a max width of 940 pixels, and then center it on the page using the margin property.

I typed a { text-decoration: none; }

wrapper {

max-width=  940px;
margin=  0  auto;

}

what am i doing wrong please

Looks like you are using an equal sign instead of a colon when setting your values. Try this:

  text-decoration:  none;
}
#wrapper  {
  max-width: 940px;
  margin: 0 auto;

Your lines max-width and margin are missing the colon.

max-width: 940px;

margin: 0 auto;
