You were almost there. The solution also required the "} else {" on the same line, not sure why; this is not a PHP requirement.

if ($studentOneGPA === 4.0) { 
  echo $studentOneName. ' made the Honor Roll';
} else { 
  echo $studentOneName.' has a GPA of '. $studentOneGPA;
}
if ($studentTwoGPA === 4.0) { 
  echo $studentTwoName. ' made the Honor Roll';
} else { 
  echo $studentTwoName. ' has a GPA of '.$studentTwoGPA;
}

Thanks Marco van Vemden ! This was my problem too. Very strange that this is an issue. It likely should be revised for future users.
