Hi Malcom,

This is definitely tricky.

If you watch the video right before the challenge Guil will show you how to use "document.querySelectorAll" to select a collection of items.

So using the "document.querySelectorAll" you select first the <ul> that has an id of "#rainbow" and then all the <li> items that are children of the <ul> with this id.

var listItems = document.querySelectorAll('#rainbow li');
