challenge task 2 of 2. how to get remainder.

Im lost as to how to structure the return code.

1 Answer

Hi Daniel!

So to get a remainder with two numbers you will use the % operator. In this excercise you are defining a method that takes two arguments( any numbers the user inputs) then you will return the function to give the remainder. It should look like this

def mod(a,b)
  return a%b
end

Hope this helps!
