Challenge Task 1 of 2 Q: Select the <input> element and assign its value to the variable inputValue.

A: var inputValue = document.querySelector('input').value;

i tried to answer Challange 2.2 , but couldn't find the answer?

let p = document.querySelector('p').textContent = inputValue;

const inputValue = document.getElementById('linkText').value;

const pSelect = document.getElementsByClassName('info')[0].textContent = inputValue;

It is because getElementsbyClassName returns an array like value a collection :D.

why wouldnt this work:

const inputValue = document.getElementById('linkText').value;

const pSelect = document.getElementsByClassName('info').textContent = inputValue;

Thxs for the reply… makes sense! Wonder if the inputValue will be formatted into an array within the ‘p’ tags
