iOS Objective-C Basics (Retired) Pointers and Memory Array Size and Length

Challenge task 2 of 3

I have this as my solution:

array_length.mm 
float real_numbers[5];
printf("Array real_numbers can store %ld items", sizeof(real_numbers)/sizeof(float) );

I have a feeling this works.. I've tested this in the IDE and it does not complain, the page is not accepting my answer, it complains about this:

"Bummer! That was not the correct string. Do you have the correct format character? sizeof(real_numbers) returns a long. That format character is '%ld'."

Any Ideas?

I got tripped up by this too. You have to add the printf you have above to the complete solution for the 2nd part. So you should have 2 printf statements for part 3.
