Changing Android version to use when rendering layouts in IDE (Studio)

How do I change this from my current setting (20 - which is Android wear) to 19 or 21? I downloaded the SDKs of both 19 and 21 but it still doesn't show up as an option in the drop down!

Found the solution : Had to go install the newer version of the SDK Build Tools and then restart Studio :)
