Create a float variable named 'radius' with the value '14.5'. (Do not write the main function). I am confused on how to do this

to create a primitive type variable:

dataType variableName = value;

to create a float variable:

float variableName = 1.5;

that should help. remember that a float is just a number so dont include any quotes around it
