Choosing a Techdegree?

I am interested in doing a techdegree but I am unsure which one. I currently have a couple clients that I do some wordpress and design for. I have an associates degree in computer science(where I mainly worked with c++) and would love to get back into programming and web applications. Currently I freelance and would love to be able to become a designer/developer hybrid. I also have an interest in artificial intelligence as a hobby.

Seems like you'd benefit most from the Full Stack Techdegree? Seems like an awesome choice too!

Full stack and front end are the two I am most interested in. Front end would take less time(and money) but it looks like full stack dives a little deeper in terms of development. I started the front end free trail a few days ago, but I really want to see what full stack looks like.

Well if you're interested in AI then I think Full stack would come closer since it has database course etc. Java is definitely worth mentioning too!

About the expenses.. if you can afford it, you should. There's no better way to spend your money then to invest in ones knowledge.

If you cannot afford it, one approach could be pausing your subscription every other month and save up half of the amount for the next month. This way you'd also have a month in between to experiment with own projects and manifest what you learn.

I think I'm going to complete the fullstack track on the $25 a month plan that way I am not totally lost when I start and start saving up now. It's an investment and I want to make the right one :). I also think full stack would be the best option for me, I already have a solid grip on css, html and frameworks, and some javascript, but I really want to dive deeper.

I think the techdegree works best when you can do the projects immediately after completing the pre-reqs. If money is a concern, let me suggest using treehouse to learn and then freecodecamp for the projects.

I think I'm going to do fullstack. This may sound weird but I find I learn best when I "jump around" from topics or come back later. I won't be starting it for another month or so. I have the money, I just want to make sure I have all my finances in order before hand. I am just impatient and thought the front end track would take less time. I work 40 hours a week so I only have 2-3 hours a day at best to code.
