Code looks right to me for even.py

I'm not sure what I have incorrect here... it just says that "some or all of my prints are incorrect."

even.py
import random

def even_odd(num):
    # If % 2 is 0, the number is even.
    # Since 0 is falsey, we have to invert it with not.
    return not num % 2

start = 5

while start:
    num = random.randint(1,99)
    if even_odd(num) == 0:
        print("{} is even".format(str(num)))
    else:
        print("{} is odd".format(str(num)))
    start -= 1

Hello

your logic should work if you replace

return not num % 2

with

return num % 2

Thanks Mark, the "not num" was written by Treehouse. I ended up doing something that I felt was a little funky. I think it was: if even_odd(num) == True

Either way, it worked out ok.
