iOS Swift Basics Swift Types String Manipulation

Code validates in xcode, but not here.

I can't move on in the course because the code isn't passing in the browser but it passes in xcode. Help.

strings.swift
// Enter your code below
let name = "Kat"
let greeting = "Hi there, \(name)"
let finalGreeting = "\(greeting). How are you?"

Hi Jay,

For the last step you want to use concatenation to create finalGreeting. So, use the plus symbol to add greeting to your other string of "How are you?" - not interpolation which uses the \(var) syntax.

let finalGreeting = greeting + "How are you?"

Make sense?

Steve.
