Coding challenge. please help

I cant seem to figure this out. Can anyone help?

for ( var i >= 4; i <= 156; i += 1 ) {

Hiya Preston! You dont even have to all that stuff. All ya have to do is "log" the numbers between 4 to 156 using "for" loop. So yeah thats how your code should look like:

for(var i=4;i<157;i++){
  console.log(i);
}
