In HTML:

<h1 style="color: green;">Your Heading</h1>

Or you can use the Style Tag

<style>

h1 {color: green;}

</style>

In CSS:

h1 {

color: green;

}

But for the task you'll have to use the <style> Tag, will look like this:

<body>
    <style>
      h1{color: green;}
    </style>
    <h1>Nick Pettit</h1>
</body>
