"Configuration Is Incorrect"

Alright, so I get this message when I try too run my app, I get sent too config, I click run in config and that's what is gives me, if I click "continue anyway" I get "please specify a android spk", I click ok, and click my spk and nothing, help.

Accompanying this error, is there a red cross over the drawer to the left of the 'run'-button ? If so, I had this error quite often, but I am currently unable to recreate it.

Try to sync your project with Gradle and re-run your app. If this still does not help, try to close and re-open your project.

If anyone knows the reason for that error, please tell me.
