Confused about last step (Installing NodeJS) in Cloud IDE

So I'm trying to get the correct version of Rails installed on Cloud 9 for this tutorial because it wouldn't work on my Windows laptop. I think I have everything correct except for the last step of installing NodeJS. Here is the message I got in my ubuntu terminal:

kyleshamblin:~/workspace $ sudo apt-get install nodejs

Reading package lists... Done

Building dependency tree

Reading state information... Done

E: Unable to locate package nodejs

They do have a seperate workspace for NodeJS but I didnt know if this will work because the video says that some of the Rails Gems have dependencies on NodeJS. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'm very frustrated and just want to learn. I'm about to give up and save up for a new Mac laptop or at least something faster that I can run on Linux. Any suggestions?

IIRC you don't need to install NodeJS yourself to a Cloud9 Ruby workspace. It should have what it needs to get going.
