.contact-info not working

I am doing the Web Design track and am on the video in which we adjust the styling of the contact page. The following code...

.contact-info  {
  list-style: none;
  padding: 0;
  margin: 0;
  font-size: 0.9em;
}

...is supposed to adjust the info list, but nothing is happening when I save and refresh.

The class in your html and css are different. In your html, it should be 

 <ul class="contact-info">

That should fix the issue :)

...is the code. I'm not sure how to make it appear differently here in the forum.

The code you provided looks fine and follows the lesson. Could you add the css surrounding the .contact-info? There might be a mistake somewhere on another line that's causing the issue. Also be sure to make sure your that there isn't a typo for your class name within the html, or that you didn't mistakenly make it an id.
