If that doesn't work (and the more I'm thinking about it, it won't! LOL) Try simply selecting "contact-info" with a dash, not a period. AND if that doesn't work, try using "contact-info" and leaving out the UL because I think it may be unnecessary.

The issue is with 'contact-info' being a class on the < ul >. Ryan's code is selecting a < ul > inside an element with a class of 'contact-info'.
