Here is the solution. I have added some comments to clarify the code a bit:

time = 15

store_open = None
store_hours = [9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18]

if time in store_hours: # Check if time is in store_hours list
    store_open = True # Set store_open to the Boolean value True
else: # Indenting (horizontally spacing) this to be on the same level as the if is important
    store_open = False # Set store_open to the Boolean value False
