Could You Solve The Refactor Challenge Like This To

This is the way I solve the refactor challenge I would just like to know if it's the right way to do it.

          var html = '';
          var red;
          var green;
          var blue;
          var rgbColor;

          function randomRBG() {
             red = Math.floor(Math.random() * 256 );
             green = Math.floor(Math.random() * 256 );
             blue = Math.floor(Math.random() * 256 );
             rgbColor = 'rgb(' + red + ',' + green + ',' + blue + ')';
             html += '<div style="background-color:' + rgbColor + '"></div>';
         }

         for ( var i = 0; i <= 10; i++ ) {
              randomRBG();
         }

        document.write(html);

Not necessary but you can create a function for generating random number,

function genRandomCode(){
  return Math.floor(Math.random() * 256 );
}
