Couldn't open page

I could only open the page by clicking on it after I downloaded. I couldn't follow the second method of opening it at all - where do you hit file? And dragging it in returned an error message.

What are you trying to do? Download a page from the Teacher's Notes?

No, I downloaded the page from the workspace as was explained in the video, and then tried to open it in the browser. Opening by clicking on it worked fine, but I couldn't figure out where I was opening "File" to open it that way and dragging it into the browser to open just returned an error.
