JavaScript JavaScript Basics (Retired) Creating Reusable Code with Functions Create a max() Function

Create function which accepts two numbers as arguments

Create a new function named max which accepts two numbers as arguments (you can name the arguments, whatever you would like). The function should return the larger of the two numbers.

script.js
function max (num1, num2) {
    if (){

  }
}

Hello Kolaskiid.

What you want to do is to determine which of the two numbers is greater and then return it. Look at the example below. I decided to use return statements and eliminate the else block. Hope this helps.

function max (num1, num2)  {
    if (num1 > num2){
      return num1;
  }
  return num2;
}

Yeah, I just figured it out. Anyway thanks mate!
