Are you opening Android Studio in the first screen shot?
I honestly have no idea what that is - really sorry! I can only suggest making sure you've got the latest version of Android Studio. It looks as though there's no Android SDK installed, if that is Android Studio.
When I start that up, I get [this](dfuu8Rgu) screen. But that doesn't help you much! Maybe try uninstalling it and reinstalling the Android Studio bundle with the JDK.
Also, asking Ben Jakuben for help may be the best course of action.
