Your code isn't really wrong per se. But it's in the wrong place. Media queries go at the bottom of the css file. If you copy paste your code into the bottom of the file, it passes the challenge! I know because I tried it :) Happy coding!

Yes it'll pass the challenge as Jennifer suggests because of CSS's cascading nature. If you put the media query at the top then it's changes will be overridden by the main CSS rather than the other way round. So if you're using media queries, always put them at the bottom of your code. :-)
