Creating a database?

I might have missed it in the beginning, when the connecting to the database was setup. But shouldn't we first create the actual database containing the table and columns? Otherwise how do we know where items get stored, and where to retrieve them.

Like the media, genre and people tables?

Hi Christian, I guess Alena starts from the point it is already created, since she says in the beginning to follow the SQL courses. There you learn about creating it.

Along the course we are using the db she created, so right in her first video about php with Databases, you can go to the teacher's note and see how the tables were created.
