Creating this project on Android Studio and gradle fails to sync..

I am starting this course and i am using the Android Studio, but when i create the app using the Master Template (or any other rather than the blank one), i receive this error on gradle sync:

Error:A problem occurred configuring project ':app'.
> Could not resolve all dependencies for configuration ':app:_debugCompile'.
   > Could not find any version that matches com.android.support:support-v4:21.+.
     Searched in the following locations:
         https://jcenter.bintray.com/com/android/support/support-v4/maven-metadata.xml
         https://jcenter.bintray.com/com/android/support/support-v4/
     Required by:
         Exemplo:app:unspecified

What can i do to solve this situation?

Try installing the examples in the sdk manager. Not positive but the templates might be included in the example section. Either way it is a good idea to install the latest sdk anyway.

I had the latest sdk installed, but there was something missing that i don't know what it was...i re-installed android studio and works fine now..
