CSS is not working for drop down menu & Pages don't exist. Any ideas?

I have just got to the stage in Boostrap to Wordpress track where I'm adding sub pages to Example Pages. The CSS has been copied over from project files. But the styling has not changed and doesn't match Zac's example. Any ideas?

As well as the above, when ever I click on other pages apart from Home it brings me to a 404 page saying not found - even though this has been added on the back end. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.
