CSS How to Make a Website CSS: Cascading Style Sheets Use ID Selectors

Css issue

Not able to change the background color

I believe I had the code correct here , so that normalize.css isn't overriding main.css

still no luck

here is how I have it written

You have rel: and it needs to be rel=.
