Css issue

Not able to change the background color

I believe I had the code correct here , so that normalize.css isn't overriding main.css

still no luck

here is how I have it written 

<link rel:"stylesheet" href="css/normalize.css">
<link rel:"stylesheet" href="css/main.css">

You have rel: and it needs to be rel=.
