That sounds like a really big project for one person, but it also sounds really cool. I would start by following the iOS development with Swift 2.0 track. I recommend that because it is the most modern way to build iOS apps, and because I personally believe Swift is much easier to learn than Objective-C (the old language for iOS apps).
If it were me, I would first try to get some basic applications built. Then I would try to build an MVP of your idea. If you aren't tired of the idea yet, you would probably be ready to start trying to build the finished product. On your own, it will take a long time, but as long as you keep making progress toward the idea every day, it can definitely be done.
