Determining image size

Hello.

So when it comes to making images in your Android app, you need to make mdpi, hdpi, xhdpi, and many more versions of your image. But let's say I wanted to make an image that is 300x300px by default, how do I determine the mdpi, hdpi, and other versions of that image?
