Did I miss anything here? My work on creating HTML code is always wrong. Help me please!

I just did follow the instruction, but it always says wrong. Hep me.

index.html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <meta charset="utf-8">
    <title>Nick Pettit</title>
  </head>
  <body>
    <header>
      <a href="index.html">
        <h1>Nick Pettit</h1>
        <h2>Designer</h2>
      </a>
      <nav>
        <ul>
          <li><a href="index.html">Portfolio</a></li>
          <li><a href="about.html">About</a></li>
          <li><a href="contact.html">Contact</a></li>
        </ul>
      </nav>
    </header>
    <section>
      <ul>
        <li>
          <a href="img/numbers-01.jpg">
            <img src=""> alt="">

Hi Hafiz,

You look to have closed your image tags too soon.

Where you have:

<img src=""> alt="">

try removing the first > on all 3 image tags so they become:

<img src="" alt="">

EDIT: Based on comments, without editing anything else on the code which is already there you should simply have to add the following within the section tags as stage 1:

<ul>
        <li></li>
        <li></li>
        <li></li>
      </ul>

and this for stage 2:

<ul>
        <li><img src="img/numbers-01.jpg" alt=""></li>
        <li><img src="img/numbers-02.jpg" alt=""></li>
        <li><img src="img/numbers-06.jpg" alt=""></li>
      </ul>

You look to have added anchor tags too which is more than is asked.

Hope that helps

Yup, you right. I did a mistake on that. Thank you. But I still have an issue on this test. I've already put the image source too. But nothing goes right.

HI Hafiz,

I've added an edit to my answer above. Hopefully that helps.
