Different between SDK 6.0 and 7.1

This video is made on SDK 6.0, I am using xcode 5.1.1(SDK7.0) and I do not found the screen(option for storyboard) as seen on the video duration(8.13)? Where to find this option?

Xcode 5.0 and higher uses storyboard by default.
