Not sure why it says I'm doing it wrong... I'm using the date() function, I used the correct formats, the output looks the same as what it's asking me for. Am I just missing something completely obvious?

You're really close, but there seems to be some confusion happening there.
You are pretty much using the date method correctly, and inputting the correct parameters, until you attach a call to the time function as a fourth parameter to the date method, which is incorrect and not even asked for?
If you just delete that, the rest of your code is correct and passes the challenge.
