Directions on code challenge say to insert images into line items. I have tried several ways and it still shows im wrong

Here is how i currently have the code for this current step <li> <a "img/numbers-01.jpg">

Hi Tim,

Not wanting to correct Mike above for a type but remove the trailing / before closing the tag. So it is:

 <li>
      <img src="img/numbers-02.jpg">
  </li>

Good point, I still have some old habits from the XHTML 1.0 Strict days where it was required :) These days you can pretty much go without it. Although, I would like to point out having the closing slash will not cause any issues in rendering.

Hi Tim,

It appears the problem is due to the fact that you are actually using anchor tags instead of img tags, to use an img tag you would do this:

  <li>
      <img src="img/numbers-02.jpg" />
  </li>
