document.write context not showing in order

My document.write context does not show up in order even I followed the code, , i.e. it shows up after the second alert was closed instead of the first one.

It might be happening because the script link is on the bottom of the html. Check it out. Find a code like 

  <script src="scripts.js"></script>

See if it is between the <body>

Another thing, If the script is in a folder, you have to write the folder name before, fx:

<script src="script/script.js"></script>

(The script before the / is the folder name (The folder name is just an example) :)
