Hello Dylan. You can run OS X in a windows computer instaling a virtual machine and running the OS X in there, then download xcode. Search in youtube a tutorial for doing what i told you. Good luck

People are spilt on wether it is worth it's worth the effort to try to use a hackintosh.

This thread offers some great perspective:

http://iphonedevsdk.com/forum/business-legal-app-store/78896-using-hackinctosh-to-develop-iphone-app-what-s-your-opinion-p2.html

In particular this quote "Don't expect Hackintosh to work on your current computer - 90% chance it won't." Apparently after updates things will break, hackintosh according to the thread is often quite brittle.

Thanks Matias!

It's probably not a good idea to try and use xcode without a Mac.

That being said, there are various online Mac virtual machine services.

I'd say this one looks promising http://www.hostmyapple.com/macvps.html

There's also building a hackintosh (not recommended)

Try macincloud.com you can rent a mac online. Very flexible plans (I go with 3hours a day for a month)
