It looks like you forgot the semi-colon after the #fff. Here's what it should look like:

h1, h2 {
 color: #fff; 
}

That was a good catch on the space before the hover, too. I didn't even see it, LaVaughn. That's the type of crap that will drive you crazy for 30 minutes ... or 2 hours. lol
