Downloading workspaces in Windows 8.1

Workspaces does not appear to be downloading correctly as it does in this video. When I download the files from workspaces in windows 8.1 it downloads a file named downloads and that's it. It is not a file that is extractable and there are no files to open. When I open the downloaded workspace file it shows gibberish. Anybody have any suggestions as to what's going on? Thanks.

When you click download workspace, you provided the files that you had been working on. These files are viewable using a text editor or through a browser (depending on the file type). So that part appears to be right. I don't have an answer why you are seeing gibberish unless another program is trying to open them.

Workspaces itself however, is Treehouse's browser based editor. If doesn't have an executable that you would download and install.

Thank you Rose.
