Patrizia, you are attempting to upload the files without first extracting the zip file. What you have to do is extract the files, and then go to the location where you extracted them to, e.g., your desktop, documents, etc.

After extracting the zip archive, you can upload files (from the folder that's been unzipped :smiley:) to a workspace. Again, it will not work if you are in the .zip file instead of the unzipped file.

Rich it does not let me copy and past, a window opens and says File upload error.Sorry this upload was unsuccessful . Please try again by selecting all the files within directory . And thi is what I do

Yes, I tried, same error message and the tech support cannot do anything. I asked for a remote connection using for example teamviewer, but they told me that they cannot do this. I am blocked since days by this stupid error. I am using Chrome and follwed all the instructions the tech support gave me, but with no result. I have no plugins that could block the upload process, I am using 7 zip like they suggested, but nothing. Kind Regards POatrizia

If you're unsure how to use 7-Zip, I would recommend using the default method on Windows by right-clicking the folder, and then clicking Extract All.
