Drag and drop feature not working on windows

the drag and drop feature for uploading images does not work on my windows workspace for some reason, what is a good fix to this?

I started using brackets and atom so there was no need for the workspace.Thanks

What's happening when you try and drag and drop the folder into the workspace? The only other option I see is file > upload file, so you could use that to upload the .zip file.

its says 12 items to upload and theres a dark box at the bottom left but when I drag it to that spot, nothing uploads/theres really no item there

I don't know if this is the issue for you, but workspaces seem to be loading at a snails pace right now - so that could be the problem.
