Drag and dropping images into workspace isn't working.

When I get to the Structure Img gallery section, I'm able to open the img file and select all 13 imgages. However when i drag and drop it into work space they're not there. What am I doing wrong?

There is another alternative way of doing this, simply right click on the grey area and select upload file - > select all image files at once and then click open...This way is faster and will upload all images at once instead of doing it one by one using drag and drop method.

Hi Kelly, there are maybe problem, but you should try these:

  • Refresh the workspace

  • Unzip the file and singly upload it one by one

  • Drag and drop it in the right zone (bottom left)
