Dragging a css file into Workspace

I am working on the web design tutorial and am having trouble dragging the unzipped normalize.css files onto Workspace. I can drag the file over okay, but I just keep getting a turning cog and the files never download. I had the same trouble with an html file earlier in this course and searched the forums for an answer and found something about creating a folder in my documents to save it to. I've done that for this css file and it hasn't worked. Any suggestions?
