I believe I am using the correct string method on this objective and if so why does it keep saying error?
class DreamCar:
def __init__(self, make, model):
self.make = make
self.model = model
def __ str__(self):
return 'My dream car is a {self.make} {self.model}.'

44,807 PointsYou have a space in def __ str__(self):
after the second underscore and before str
, which gives the first set of __
a different color in Markdown.
To use an f-string, you can put the letter 'f' before the string. If you don't include the f
, the returned string contains the brackets and the names of the variables, and not the values of the variables.
