Echoing a key value from an array

I am trying to echo the film title "The Empire Strikes Back" in the <h1> line of the code below coming from an array which I created called $movie. My syntax seems to be incorrect.

index.php
<?php
$movie=array(
   "title" => "The Empire Strikes Back"
  );
?>

<h1><?php echo $movie."title"; ?> (1985)</h1>

<table>
  <tr>
    <th>Director</th>
    <td>Robert Zemeckis</td>
  </tr>
  <tr>
    <th>IMDB Rating</th>
    <td>8.5</td>
  </tr>
  <tr>
    <th>IMDB Ranking</th>
    <td>53</td>
  </tr>
</table>

You should select a item with the use of brackets: array[ ]

In you case

<?php echo $movie["title"]; ?>
