Editor keeps saying I don't have a style tag

Trying out my first code excercise and I think I got it right.

<style>
 h1{
   color:blue;
 }
</style>

<body>
    <h1>Nick Pettit</h1>
</body>

when the editor goes through the code it keep saying that I don't have style tag. In the preview I do see the nick pettit words in blue.

to get html code to show up in the forum you must format it using markdown. I formatted it for you so it will show up. see this post for info on how to do that

task 1 states: We’re starting out with an <h1> element and a <body> element. Add a <style> element just above the <h1>. so the style tag needs to be inside the body tag, not outside of it

<body>
<style>
 h1{
   color:blue;
 }
</style>
    <h1>Nick Pettit</h1>
</body>
