I asked to echo ' Hi, I am Mike' inside the if statement. I wrote the following code: <?php $name = "Mike"; if($name== "Mike") { echo "Hi, I am Mike!" } ?>
what am i doing wrong?

33,990 PointsYou are simply missing a semi-colan at the end of your echo statement, you just need to add that and your code should pass, like so:
<?php
echo "Hi, I am Mike!"; //add semi-colan to echo statement
?>
