11,330 PointsHi there, there are some reasons your R.java file has committed suicide, honestly that is one of the top reasons I don't use eclipse anymore, but there are some ways for you to solve it, first you must try to check if you added some files to the res folder that had the name too large or with uppercase in it and change it to short and lowercase. If neither of that happened to you then you may need to download the android build tools, the steps for that are in this link http://stackoverflow.com/questions/16584015/java-eclipse-no-more-r-file-ever/16584243#16584243
After that you just need to rebuild your project and clean it.
Hope this works for you.
PD. If you tried to rebuild your R.java (using the quick fix from eclipse) then you will have to delete it from your project because it's empty and it's only getting in the way.
