Error:(4) No resource identifier found for attribute 'showAsAction' in package 'com.example.robcam89.funfacts'

This is a message I get in the Gradle Build when trying to run the app in Android Studio. It is preventing me from running the app in the emulator even when trying to run it through the AVD Manager. All of my configurations match what is shown in the video as I downloaded it through the teachers notes. What would be the best solution in order to continue my progress?
