Errors on Site Migration with Images

Zac Gordon and fellow tree housers,

I have migrated my website to the live server and all the images, including background and banners are not showing up. I used the search and replace, checked the urls of replace images with new uploaded images and there it still seems not to work.

any ideas on what is going wrong here?
