Expanding the paypal feature

So, I'm making a site where I will be able to sell things similarly to this demo. The only problem I see is, there will be hundreds of items that I'm selling, so does that mean I would have to create hundreds of different buttons for each items in paypal? Is there an easier way to do this? Plus all those items would have different prices, so I would have to create multiple buttons for all? Basically think of my site as like amazon, but with different genera products.
